History
The Company was incorporated on 8 November 2010 by a notarial deed Rep. A No. 17249/2010, prepared by the notary Peter Tomaszek leading notary office in Krakow.
On 22 December 2010, the District Court for Krakow - City Centre in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entry of the Company under the number 0000374101 into the Register.
The founder of the Company's Fluid SA The company was Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o.
Capital of the Company at the time of creation was 14 696 040 zł and was divided into:
13 232 410 shares series A registered zł nominal value of 1 each,
1 463 630 shares registered series B shares with a nominal value 1 zł each,
paid for entirely non-cash contribution in the form of the company's Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o.
Fluid Company - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. was revived on March 1, 2005 (founded in 1991). On this day, increased capital Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. 1 000,00 zł (10 zł 100.00 shares of each share) to 50 000.00 zł through the establishment of 490 new shares at 100.00 zł each, which were acquired by new shareholders.
The aim of reactivating Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. was to undertake research and implementation, located at the headquarters of the company's demonstration plant, an innovative technology for auto thermal energy recovery from biomass.
In July 2005 the share capital of Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. was raised by 25 000,00 zł by creating a new 250 shares at 100.00 zł each, which became a new partner by contribution in kind of perpetual usufruct of a plot of 52 Ar and an outbuilding with an area of 288 m2.
In July 2006 the share capital of Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. was raised by a further 25 000.00 zł through the creation of 250 shares, of 100,00 zł each, which became a new partner by contribution in kind to cover, that all rights to the invention No. P363785, "Method and apparatus for automatic adjustment of thermal and solid waste fuels biomass, especially for the production of clean electricity and heat, "declared the Patent Office on November 28, 2003.

In April 2008, the share capital Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. was raised by 50 000,00 zł through the creation of the new 500 shares, of 100,00 zł each, which took up new partners by paying them in full in cash.
Under the Investment Agreement entered into by Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. and its partners, new partners have committed to invest an amount equal to 1 618 thousand. zł injection in the form of equity and loans. These measures provide the Company the possibility of further development of technologies under development.
In February 2009, Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. launched a study on all types of biomass uwęglaniem. The main test cycle was completed in April 2010, when a fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. the use to which it has launched a patent owned by the Department of Energy Recovery (ZOE) and production of brand biocarbon FLUID. In March 2010, Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. was qualified to participate in the project of the Ministry of Environment GreenEvo, which is to promote the country and abroad, environmentally friendly technologies. In June 2010, Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. edition of the contest was a winner of the Polish Product of the Future, and received for the project "Permanent renewable fuel brand FLUID " special prize of the Ministry of Economy, "ECO2 Innovation" award for the product with the greatest potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
In November 2010 Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. has won an award organized by the Foundation Partnership for Environmental Clean Business Competition in the category "Innovative Process."
As the winner of the Company received a prestigious award for Clean Business pyramid and yield measurable environmental benefits solutions that help them build an advantage in the market.
On 8 November 2010 the Company is incorporated Fluid SA All shares of the Company acquired a new Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. in exchange for a contribution in kind in the form of the entire enterprise.

Activities
Business purpose Fluid - Cooperation Sp. Ltd., which has been brought to the Company, was to implement a novel on the Polish market and global production technology biocarbon - a renewable fuel for power plants. After several years of research, the Company became the sole owner of all rights to the invention "Method and apparatus for adjustment of solid waste and biomass fuels, especially for the production of clean electricity and heat, " as reported to the Patent Office on November 28, 2003. On 15 December 2009, Fluid - Cooperation Sp. z o. o. received a patent for the above. invention of the number 204294th In the study of patent Fluid SA were involved in research units: Czestochowa University of Technology, Center for Energy Research and Development in Katowice, Central Mining Institute, Katowice, Gdansk University of Technology and the Institute for Chemical Processing of Coal in Zabrze.
As a result of development work in the company in April 2010 completed the process of industrial implementation of a prototype module Termolizacyjnego Energy Recovery from biomass (TMOE). TMOE technology based on the use of solid waste fuels and biomass to produce clean energy fuel-enriched biocarbon FLUID brand. The innovative potential of the brand biocarbon FLUID primarily ecological purity, high energy density, very good milling and automation, and continuous production - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FLUID biocarbon innovative potential is not only a renewable fuel for power generation with a high capacity for CO2 reduction, but also a fertilizer for agriculture with a long cycle of decomposition and in the near future, perhaps carbon fuel cells.
